Data Infrastructure & Sub-Processors

We leverage enterprise-grade, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure to process and store data. Our current sub-processors include:

• Vercel: Edge network hosting and deployment.
• Formspree: Secure processing and routing of email inquiries.
• Quo / Twilio: Encrypted routing of SMS communications.
• Supabase / Modal: Backend database and compute infrastructure (for active client projects).

Data Retention and Minimization

We adhere to the principle of data minimization. We only collect data that is strictly necessary to evaluate your business systems and provide our consulting services. Inquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or as required by law.

Confidentiality

All client operations, workflows, and proprietary system data discussed during consultations are treated with strict confidentiality. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request prior to deep architectural audits.
